I built my career across digital commerce, transformation, technology and operations. But I’ve never been very interested in staying inside one box.

I like taking things apart—usually conceptually—to understand how they work, why they fail and how they could be better. That might mean redesigning a commerce journey, investigating the economic impact of AI, or building a system for a real local business.

BRASIL REAL

This project is where research, economic imagination and product thinking meet. It asks how Brazil can protect sustainable demand and productive autonomy as AI changes the relationship between work, income and consumption.

The proposal

Sustainable Demand Market Model is not a socialist model and does not depend on permanent income transfer. It preserves private property, profit, competition, autonomy and market mechanisms while investigating new ways to sustain participation in the economy.

Evidence before certainty

The research uses Brazilian public data and makes the status of every claim visible. An observed statistic is not presented as a forecast; a calculated estimate is not presented as a measured fact; and a hypothesis stays a hypothesis until evidence supports it.

Safer commerce systems

The work begins with the commercial promise and follows it through eligibility, customer communication, cart state, discount coexistence, checkout enforcement and failure recovery.

My role

Translate business intent into an executable experience, surface trade-offs early and coordinate the path from experiment to reliable operation.

Digital products & operations

Across different projects, I translate real operational challenges into digital systems: mapping workflows, organizing information, clarifying roles and building tools that connect people, decisions and execution.

Why it matters

The goal is not technology for its own sake. It is to turn fragmented processes into coherent products that are easier to understand, operate and improve.

Responsible growth diagnosis

Growth work is strongest when it separates evidence from instinct. I map friction, identify what the available data can—and cannot—prove, then design testable interventions with business metrics and customer guardrails.

AI as a thinking partner

I use AI across research, analysis, documentation, design and prototyping. The value is not in producing more output; it is in expanding the space I can investigate while keeping judgment, evidence and accountability human.
